CLIENT:Crest Nicholson
YEAR:Planning Consent in 2000, now built and occupied
TYPE: Urban infill site
DETAILS:
Our approach to the design was to create a series of high quality
spaces by the use of 3 and 4-storey buildings and to ensure that
the maximum number of the dwellings can have direct outlook over
the River and its landscaped banks.
The design provides sixteen 3-storey houses in three separate terraces
all facing the river and three separate apartment blocks containing twenty,
sixteen and six flats respectively.
Planning consent was received in January 2000, and the scheme is now built and occupied.
