DETAILS:Urban expansion of Haywards Heath including provision of the South-West section of the planned relief road for the town. The scheme is designed in discrete phases separated by natural features such as established woodland and pond systems which have allowed the creation of a new village settlement in an arcadian setting. The first three phases including the village centre are built and occupied with a vibrant local community established.
